Shipping Policy

Shipment, Delivery

Newedge ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

  • Newedge will ensure that your order is processed and safely delivered.
  • The Shipping charges will vary depending upon the value of the order and/or any offers/promotions being offered by Newedge Websites at the time of your order placement and subsequent confirmation.
  • The applicable shipping charges shall be displayed before you confirm your order.
  • Products will be shipped only within India.
  • Delivery times may vary depending upon the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. Typically, products are delivered between 2 days to 7 days.
  • Goods will only be released for delivery once payment has been received into our banking account.
  • The Goods shall be delivered to the User through the services of a courier of our selection.
  • The Goods shall be delivered to the User at the address selected during the ordering process.
  • For order containing multiple Products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments.
  • Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control.
  • Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Product(s) to the address you specified in your order.
  • If you do not receive your Product(s) on the stated delivery date, you must notify us immediately.
  • In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that your order will be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
  • You must also do all that you reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. If our carrier is unable to deliver the Product(s) as a result of your action or inaction (for example, you are not present at your property), our carrier will need to arrange an alternative delivery date and we reserve the right to charge you a further fee for this.
  • On delivery of the Product(s) to you, the Product(s) shall be at your risk and responsibility and you will be responsible for their safekeeping and we will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage.

* The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. We aim to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering your products within the estimated delivery time. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistic challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable. We would request you to cooperate as we are continuously working towards fulfilling your order on time. Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Saturday will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays.
