Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Newedge Health & Research Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter also called “NHRPL”, “Newedge”, “We”, “Company”, “Us”,” Our”) values its customers and, hence, offers a return policy for damaged Products only or in case the customer (hereinafter also called “User”, “You” and “Your” ) have received a different Product than what was ordered or in case of missing item. All cases for replacement or refund will be processed in accordance with the below terms and conditions.

Returns & Replacements

  • Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us via email to hello@newedgehealthcare.com within 48 hours from the receipt of the Product.
  • Please provide us with the following details while placing the return request:
    • Order ID / number
    • Reason for returning the item
    • Images / video clearly showing a damaged / incorrect / missing product in the order
    • Any other proof that will help us in making a decision regarding your request
  • Products brought only through our Website www.newedge.com shall be returned.
  • Returns will be accepted only in case of Products that have been damaged in transit or shipment of incorrect product or any item missing.
  • As all Products offered by Newedge are healthcare products for consumption, Products once opened will not be eligible for replacement or a refund. The onus of evaluating suitability of a Product for a particular lifestyle, state of health or dietary preference lies entirely with you.
  • Return requests will be validated over the phone / email by Newedge and instructions on how to return the Product will be provided via a confirmation email.
  • Damaged Items have to be returned back to us in “as received” condition along with all the original packing. Please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken, and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice, and other items.
  • On receipt of the returned Product, Newedge will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
  • Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement, as requested by the User will be issued.
  • If the Product is found to not be eligible for return, the Product will be couriered back to you.
  • Replacement will be given only if the replacement article is available in the inventory. In case of non- availability, refund will be given.

Refund

  • Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement, as requested by you, will be issued.
  • If you have made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 30 working days of the approval as an eligible return.
  • For Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 30 working days of the approval as an eligible return provided that we have received valid bank details from you.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be possible provided an order has not been shipped.
  • Unless otherwise specified, there are no separate cancellation charges.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
